Our Story

S'incontru was founded in 2018 in Grand Baie, with our Italian-Sardinian restaurant and pizzeria. From there, we began to spread the traditions of our homeland, Sardinia, and our homeland, Italy. After the dark years of COVID and the chaotic post-pandemic period, we dedicated ourselves to the creation of our new project, S'incontru Italian Food Production. After many difficulties, we managed to realize our vision. At S'incontru Italian Food Production, you can enjoy our artisanal products, typical of the Italian-Sardinian tradition: our fresh pasta, our cheeses, and our desserts. Ours is a company that takes great care in the quality of its products, using only premium ingredients, both local and imported, to ensure you, dear customers, a culinary journey through an ancient and splendid land, made up of regions and subregions, whose culinary traditions are among the best in the world.
